In the beginning of the 60’s, the International Coffee Organization (ICO) established an identity code for each exporting country that, followed by the exporters code and the loading/shipping number, is stamped since then in each bag of coffee. As a small tribute to the history of the bag of coffee, Cafés El Magnífico wants to contribute perpetuating this traditional numeration.

Teresa Coffee Blend – 100 Anniversary

In honor of our 100 anniversary we are creating four blends carrying the names of the four women taken from four generations of the family who have contributed to Cafés El Magnifico. As we are celebrating our anniversary during all the year, we are going to have one of these four blends every three months, also, in this way to preserve the freshness of the coffee of each season. We shall start in memory of my grandmother Teresa who together with my grandfather Salvador worked in the grocery store on   Mirallers street and that over the years it would become, by the initiative of their son in Cafés El Magnífico.

Coffee: Papúa Nueva Guinea and Ruanda Jarama.

Cupping Notes: Chocolate and sweet fragrance. Brothy aroma. Dense coffee with body and low acidity. Long aftertaste. Classic with notes of cocoa and nuts.
