KYUEMON Ceramic Filter
It is a fine pore ceramic filter with a size of a few hundred μ (micrometer) between 250μ and 350μ. In addition to filtering drinking water, it is widely applicable to coffee, Japanese liqueurs and water for cooking rice. The secret of the flavor lies in the exclusive far-infrared effect produced in porous ceramics. Due to this effect that occurs in ceramics, the liquid is revitalized and its tastes are rounded. The filter uses this technology to largely eliminate bitterness. The improvement in flavor occurs in coffee, green tea, black tea and Japanese shochu. Round all the rough edges, and allow the natural sweetness of the grain or the leaf becomes the taste center of the drink, offering a new experience different from paper filters.
